Emma Gadsby

Emma became Playgroup Manager from January 2022 and has been a practitioner at First Steps since 2013 and holds  level 3 in childcare.

Elaine Belcher

Elaine is our Deputy Manager and has been a practitioner at First Steps since 2010. She holds a level 3 in childcare. She is our Health & Safety Officer.

Nicki Ryan

Nicki has been a practitioner at First Steps since 2019 and holds a level 3 in childcare.
She is the SENCO the setting.

Kelly Giffin

Kelly has been with us since April 2022. She has a Level 2 in childcare and is about to complete her apprenticeship to gain her Level 3.
